Water

I have committed myself to drinking a gallon of water a day and I have to say...it sucks!
It takes some getting used to, but I am hoping that drinking all this water will curve my sugar cravings, which are intense.
I heard on TV that it takes like 30 minutes for a craving to pass. I know that is a lie, because I have wanted a cookies since like Monday.
Plus, I am addicted to sugar. I can't handle it like other normal people. For example, I bought some soda yesterday since I hadn't had any in a week and downed the two liter in like a matter of seconds. I have a problem. I'm addressing it.
So that's that. More water. Sigh. I will let you know how it goes if I don't die from exhaustion from the endless peeing.

Apartment Living

I have been officially in my new apartment for a month now, but there are some things I can not get used to. One of those things is the thin walls. I can hear my neighbors walking up their steps, and I can hear it when people knock on their doors. But I can't hear anyone knock on our door, hence the 1000 missed packages from UPS. When I moved in here, I was assured that this was a "drug free community," but every night, as soon as the street lamps come on, it becomes Marijuana Live! There are tons of kids here, but they are not as loud as their ghetto parents, so that's a plus. I like it here:)

Encounters With A Feeder

So, I don't know if you all remember Facebook Boy. He had messaged me a while back and said that he thought I was pretty or something. Well, we FB chatted the other day and he seemed nice. However, I was immediately concerned with the number of plus sized women in his photo albums. I figured he had a fetish, but nothing could prepare me for him being a feeder! We chatted for a minute and he told me he thought I was pretty and liked my shape. Then he went on to say that he had a "plus size attraction" in which he liked to cook for his gfs, feed them, and watch them gain weight. But not too much mind you, that could be gross. I told him I have NO desire to gain another pound, and he ended the convo like that, essentially shooting me an online deuces. Question: how much stranger do the dudes have to get until I find my hubby?

Walking The Apple

I wish that I had a step-o-meter on my flats. I swear to you that in the few days that I was in NYC, I had to have walked the full span of the place. And that subway! Up the steps and down the steps. At one point, I even started whimpering at the foot of the steps to leave one of the stations. I had to go up two flights and had just gone up three to get to the exit! My feet were hella swollen! I was nevertheless proud of myself that I did walk and not chicken out and get a cab. But my body was definitely not used to the exertion. The last night of my stay, I got a Charlie Horse in my upper thigh you would not believe! But all is well that ends well. I got to see the city and meet some contacts. Next time I got though I will totally pack sneakers.
