My grandmother has Alzheimer's, but that didn't stop her from being fabulous at 89. We had a party, equipped with cake, ice cream, family, and Mardi Gras beads which, for some reason, she has become fixated with in old age, lol. Grams was totally into the photo ops, and even sang us and her nurses a little Dionne Warwick in closing. Happy bday, love you Grams!
