Those of those us that are familiar with Dutch designer Ilja Vissar know that she is not afraid of ruffles, geometric cuts, or designs that draw attention to one's midsection with shapes and sharp architectural choices. For her FW 14-15 Couture show, she showed us her softer side, giving us a platter of flowing silhouettes, blooming peplums, broad shouldered tops, and the sweatshirt turned glittery chic. The collection is a good mix of where sweet meets salty- where sexy meats rough.
